The positioning aids Arion Trans-Slide® Tri-Clean® and Arion Trans-Slide® are lightweight but highly durable and easy to use. Warum sollten Sie Umlagerungshilfen wie die Arion Gleittücher verwenden?
Patientenumlagerungshilfen oder Gleittücher sind wichtig für die Vorbeugung von Druckgeschwüren (oder Dekubitalgeschwüren), da sie die Reibung auf der Haut während der Umlagerung verringern und der Pflegekraft die Arbeit erleichtern. Druckgeschwüre sind Verletzungen der Haut und des darunter liegenden Gewebes. Sie entstehen, wenn anhaltender Druck auf ein und dieselbe Hautpartie ausgeübt wird und die Blutzufuhr unterbrochen wird. Es ist wahrscheinlicher, dass ein Dekubitus auftritt, wenn eine Person über einen längeren Zeitraum in einem Bett oder Stuhl liegen muss und auf der Haut, welche knöcherne Bereiche des Körpers bedeckt, wie z. B. Fersen, Knöchel, Hüften und Steißbein. Druckgeschwüre werden auch als “Dekubitus” oder “Druckgeschwüre” bezeichnet. Ohne die richtige Pflege können Druckgeschwüre sehr ernst werden. Sie können Schmerzen verursachen oder zu einem längeren Aufenthalt in einem Krankenhaus oder einer Pflegeeinrichtung führen.
Komplikationen vorbeugen
